Our story
Ordinary life is transformed when we recognize that our stories bear the presence of God…
Hummingbird Global Media was founded in 2018, by a couple of passionate storytellers, to use film & video media to share the untold uplifting stories, healing and restoration that reflects God’s image and carries his salvation plan to humanity.
Our first documentary film, which is still production stage, is Sound Of Color. It’s about Syrian refugee youth who settled with their families in El Cajon, California. We also started arts camps each summer to help these youth process their life journey and bring hope to their lives.
We expanded our service in 2020 to assist other nonprofit and NGOS by helping them to advance their own mission by telling their stories effectively through media.
We are passionate to use media storytelling to bring inspiration, healing and restoration to the world.

We are registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization, approved by California State government, and based in San Gabriel, California, USA. Each dollar of your giving can be used for tax deduction purposes. We will issue official receipt upon receiving your giving.

- We believe that all the scriptures of the Holy Bible are God-inspired, a complete revelation of God’s plan to save humankind, and the supreme authority of Christian faith and life.
- We believe in the Oneness, the Eternal, the trinity of God. We believe that the Son of God, Jesus Christ is a complete God and a complete man, born of the Holy Spirit, conceived by the Virgin Mary. He was freed from sin, died on the cross, buried, and rose from the dead on the third day, ascended into the high heavens, and will come again according to his promise, and judge the living and the dead.
- We believe that all have sinned and are therefore under God’s condemnation and are separated from Him. The redemption from the penalty and the power of sin is possible only through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
- We believe in the necessity of the work of the Holy Spirit to make the death of Christ effective for individual sinners, granting them repentance towards God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Every believer is baptized into the Body of Christ by the Holy Spirit, and is responsible for keeping the unity of the Spirit by loving one another with a pure heart and living holy lives and to witness and work for Christ.
- We believe in the resurrection of all people, leading to eternal life for the righteous and the unrighteous must be judged, and the name is not written in the Book of Life, and shall perish forever in the lake of fire.
- We believe that the Christian church has existed since the time of Christ’s life on earth and will continue until His return.
- Hummingbird Global Media’s work is grounded in biblical revelation and God’s plan of salvation through Jesus Christ. We abide by the Apostles ‘ Letter of Faith and the Covenant of Lausanne held by all generations of believers.
